How we fulfil orders
Kaya Craft keeps stock of many fast-moving items, including handbags, T-shirts, small decor items, and other popular products. Some larger, specialty, or slower-moving items are sourced from trusted local wholesalers after an order is placed. In every case, customer orders are processed and sent out from our Lagos fulfilment address before delivery to the customer.

Delivery and pickup
For Lagos orders, many deliveries are completed in person by our team, by customer pickup, or by local riders. Lagos deliveries are usually completed the next day after order processing when the item is available.

For other Nigerian states and some Lagos locations, we use courier and rider partners, including Shipbubble, a shipping aggregator that provides delivery options and real-time delivery rates. Delivery outside Lagos typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected courier, customer location, public holidays, and courier conditions.

Shipping charges
