Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Kayacraft.ng is not liable for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we follow a limited return policy aligned with our suppliers.
Eligible returns: defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery (with photo evidence).
Non-eligible returns: items damaged by misuse, normal wear and tear, or buyer’s remorse.
Refunds are processed once the supplier approves the return and confirms item receipt. Processing time may vary.
