At Kaya Craft, we believe every home deserves beauty, comfort, and a personal touch. We carefully curate décor items to brighten your spaces. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund & return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery across Nigeria.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized / made-to-order décor pieces
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards / digital vouchers

2. Return Process

Contact us via support@karacraft.ng or call +234 [Your Number] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
Once approved, you’ll get instructions on where and how to send the item back.
Items must be shipped back within 5 business days after approval.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos or a short video.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
For safety, please use a trackable courier service. Kara Craft cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.
